Nice bike, slight delay

I bought the Tuttio ARC-I Kids Electric Bike for my son. The bike itself is really well-made and he absolutely loves it. It seems quite durable and the safety features are good for a kid's bike. My only slight complaint was that shipping took a little longer than the estimate, maybe an extra two days. It wasn't a huge deal, but I had to manage my kid's expectations a bit. Customer service was polite when I inquired, but they didn't really offer a reason for the delay. Still, once it arrived, everything else was smooth and the product quality is high, so it balances out.

Love my new e-bike!

Got my Tuttio Adria26 Electric Bike and it's awesome! It arrived super fast and was pretty easy to get set up. I've been riding it everywhere, it makes my commute so much fun. The battery lasts a long time too. Definitely happy with this purchase, I'm already telling my friends about it!

Reliable bikes for sure

This is my third purchase from Tuttio, this time a Tuttio Soleil01 Electric Mini Bike. I've had a commuter bike and some accessories from them before, and they've always been consistent. The order process was smooth again, and delivery was right on time, just like my previous orders. The quality of the mini bike is what I've come to expect from them – solid and dependable. It's why I keep coming back; I know what I'm getting. Good to see they're keeping up the good work.

Good bike, easy shipping

I got the Tuttio Adria26 Electric Bike last month. It came pretty fast, like 5 days to reach me in Denver, which was nice. Assembly wasn't bad, just some minor stuff. Rode it a few times and it's been great for getting around town. Really happy with it so far.

Solid quality, decent support

I purchased the Tuttio Soleil01 Electric Mini Bike for my daily commute a few weeks ago. Ordering was straightforward on their website and I received a confirmation email promptly. The bike arrived within the estimated 7 business days, well-packaged with no visible damage. Assembly was manageable, though the instructions could have been a bit clearer on a couple of steps. I had a question about the throttle settings and their online chat support was responsive and helpful, guiding me to a solution in under 10 minutes. The bike itself feels sturdy and performs as described, offering a good balance of speed and battery life for my urban travel. Overall, a positive experience and I feel I got good value for the price.
